These terms apply to the Ness Media website (yt.meersucces.online) and the Ness Media internal YouTube management application (the "App"), operated by the Ness Media team. Contact: kamil+yt@meersucces.online.

1. The website

The website provides information about Ness Media, our channels and our blog. You may read and share it. Content is provided "as is"; we try to keep it accurate but make no guarantees.

2. The App

The App is a private tool used only by the Ness Media team to manage YouTube channels that we own or manage. Access is limited to people we authorize. Anyone who connects a channel confirms that they own or are authorized to manage it.

3. YouTube

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Content we publish follows YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies, including disclosure of realistic altered or synthetic content where required.

4. Our content

Videos, scripts, images and texts we create are owned by Ness Media unless stated otherwise. We research public channels to learn patterns, but we do not copy other creators' videos, scripts or images.

5. Availability and liability

We may change or stop the website or the App at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Ness Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the App.

6. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
